Youth Service Corps is a paid service program that brings together young people across the state to tackle today’s toughest challenges with tomorrow’s leaders. It empowers young Californians to combat climate change, fight food insecurity and deliver vital public services.

In collaboration with local governments and community-based organizations, Youth Service Corps supports young participants in addressing critical issues. The program ensures that youth receive fair compensation. It also provides essential wrap-around services such as case management, resume preparation, specialized training and other benefits to support their long-term success.
