California Volunteers, Office of the Governor is dedicated to helping people tackle the greatest challenges we face across our state. Community Climate Action Days are an opportunity to work on projects protecting our communities against the harshest impacts of climate change while improving our quality of life and access to green spaces.
Community Climate Action Days are more than community service events - they celebrate all that makes California communities unique: our food, our culture, and our deep commitment to a safer, greener and more resilient future for generations to come. These service days combine the forces of the California Service Corps, local community partners, leaders, nonprofits, elected officials, and hundreds of volunteers in a powerful day of service.
Thank you for hosting and promoting these events and for recruiting volunteers!
